Industrial electrical connector

Benefits that speak for themselves

Achieve maximum safety
To ensure maximum safety, all male industrial electrical connectors are provided with pilot contacts to facilitate electrical interlocking, which prevents plugging and pulling when loaded. Furthermore, each industrial socket is equipped with finger touch protection.
Cut your energy costs
Thanks to our silver-plated contacts, which boast low resistance and minimal power losses, you can cut your energy costs and enhance your efficiency.
Lower your maintenance costs
All product components are easy to maintain and can be quickly and easily replaced on site if necessary. The contacts are fitted as standard, so there is no need for expensive retrofitting. Extremely simple installation with standard tools ensures you do not waste any time or costs.
Increase your system’s reliability
Our connectors are reliable in adverse environmental conditions, are suitable for temporary immersion under water and are dust-proof. The robust and corrosion-resistant design can withstand loads of up to 2 tonnes and temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C.
Get a customised solution
On request, we adapt our industrial electrical connectors in line with your project’s specific needs. Our range is rounded off by accessories such as water-resistant connector housings and vibration-proof screws.

R&S has many years of experience in the mining industry. The connectors can handle the rough environmental conditions such as heat, dust, and icing. In our project, these aspects, as well as the safety of our personnel, were the top priorities and the reason we chose R&S as our partner on our side – and we are happy to have done so.

A solution perfectly adapted to your needs

Our product portfolio consists of four lines. Our compact D-Line and C-Line connectors have a robust plastic housing and are perfect for applications where space is limited as well as for certain industries (e.g. chemistry, food). Our robust A-Line and B-Line connectors are ideal for applications where high mechanical loads may be encountered (e.g. tunneling, mining).

If none of our standard products meet your requirements, we also make customer-specific solutions on request. To this end, we involve our customers in each development step, enabling us to come up with a perfect solution.
